Chef Din is the Head Chef at The Wave. He joins The Wave team with more than 25 years experience in Luxury Hotels and Restaurants. Chef Din, originally from Penang in Malaysia, leads the food and beverage team and ensures that we meet and maintain superb standards in food hygiene and food preparation. Chef Din is an expert in Halal food certification processes and a master in creative cookery. A trainer, mentor and cookery champion, Chef Din also likes to join Futsal – the Malaysian game of short football that is incredibly popular and the only alternative game recognised by FIFA. Chef Din is assisted by five Chefs all of whom are trained in basic Eating Disorder Protocols and Management of Inpatient Meals and Observations.
