I am a qualified Medical Doctor. I hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of the Art of Obstetrics (MB BCh BAO with Honours, LRCP&SI), awarded by Perdana University in partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Currently I serve as the Family Medical Liaison Lead at The Wave Clinic. I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate, and multidisciplinary approach to my work. A key part of my role is acting as the bridge between families and the clinical and medical team, bridging and supporting open communication and helping families feel informed and engaged throughout their loved one’s treatment journey.

My medical background includes experience as a Medical Doctor at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, giving me a strong foundation across medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and orthopaedics.

I have the understanding of the medical world from the inside: the terminology, the diagnostics, the clinical decision-making. But I now apply that foundation through a wider clinical lens, one that embraces the psychological, relational, and emotional dimensions of care that are so critical in adolescent and young adult mental health.
