The Wave is a centre of excellence for young people and families with mental health concerns. Our admissions process is an opportunity for each family and young person to make an informed decision on the suitability of The Wave for their individual needs.

We accept referrals from families and young people directly. We also work closely with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, dieticians, mental health professionals, GPs, school counselors, educational consultants, pastoral care teams, family offices and family lawyers. We are happy to discuss your referral and assist you in the consideration of appropriate treatment options.

The Wave Programs have a minimum 12-week admission, which can be extended if clinically appropriate. Our average length of stay is considerably longer in cases with higher needs, renourishment and complexity.

The Wave Programs range from 5,500–6,000 USD per week and are all-inclusive.

The Wave Programs are covered by most major insurers, including BUPA, AXA, Allianz, Sanitas, and many smaller global and expat insurers. Please check your policy for further details.
