Lophren joined The Wave having completed her training in Creative Arts and Mental Health at Queen Mary’s University in London. Transpersonal Arts Counsellor (City and Guilds Level 7 MCG). Registered Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Lophren has worked in various settings including the NHS, Mental Health Charities and with vulnerable populations. Lophren is a creative genius, using all mediums to create exciting and innovative projects for our young people.
Lophren is a keen coffee drinker and enjoys sampling varieties from all of the world, she is also a champion star jumper, great meal host and is the first to join any event that’s happening.
Lophren works within our expressive arts team and enjoys developing our non verbal therapeutic content in individual and group settings. Lophren runs Art therapy in our food and body groups, eating disorder focus groups and carries a caseload of individual sessions.
Lophren is based at The Wave Main House (TMH) and visits The Pool House to host Art workshops and group events.
