Mandeep has been a key member of The Wave Team for several years, joining as House Security at The Main House before taking up the position of internal security coach in Indigo and The Main House. Mandeep is loved by our teams, our young adults and their families. He travels with our clinical team wherever they go to make sure that everything we do has the highest level of security and safety. Mandeep provides one-to-one support to our team where needed and is the eyes and ears of day-to-day operations.
