Martin Peters is Chief Operations Officer and brings more than three decades of international experience in behavioural health, mental health, and addiction treatment. Having worked across the United Kingdom, India, and Southeast Asia, he has built and led treatment services that combine clinical excellence with operational strength.
Beginning his career as a Registered Nurse, Martin’s clinical background continues to inform his leadership approach. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development and expansion of residential and outpatient treatment programmes, led multidisciplinary teams, and designed operational frameworks that support high-quality, patient-centred care.
Martin has extensive experience guiding healthcare organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and service development. His expertise spans clinical governance, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality assurance, and the implementation of systems that enable organisations to scale responsibly while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Alongside his operational leadership, Martin has collaborated with public health organisations, academic institutions, and international partners to strengthen behavioural healthcare services and support the development of best practice across diverse healthcare settings.
