Sam is a qualified and Registered Nurse in Malaysia with diverse experience, starting as a Staff Nurse, progressing to Nursing Manager and finally to The Director of Nursing with over 250 direct reports. Sam joins The Wave with extensive hospital management experience and a wealth of specialist knowledge to lead, train and innovate.

San later advanced to become a Nursing Educationist, specializing in Post Basic Infection Control and Clinical Exercise Science from an APEX government university. With previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a private hospital, he has been actively involved in Quality Management, including CKAPS, MSQH, and ISO. He is currently a PhD candidate in Education (Nursing).

Sam works closely with Mahisha and Dr R to provide a triad of expertise and compassion to everything that we do. We think Sam sparkles with enthusiasm and is a tremendous addition to The Wave family.
